With so many needs all over the world, and financial uncertainty here in the United States, its hard to sacrificially give. This is exactly what we are asking you to prayerfully consider today, and the need could not be more urgent. Our goal is to raise awareness and support for children’s hostels in Thailand that bring food and opportunities for education to impoverished children.
This is a community effort.
We want this to be more than just a fund raising drive. We want this to be an opportunity for christians to unite behind us in our home town and else where and send us out as representative missionaries. We are asking you and members of our home community to gather around us, financially support us, and also build personal relationships with us and each other as we serve Christ daily.
Not just your financial donations, but your daily prayers and concern are needed for this community-based ministry.
Our goal is to create a ministry where you can contact us and be a part of what we are doing. We want our donors to have the opportunity to ask how we are doing, ask what the current needs are for the mission, and grow in Christ through this ministry.
More than just sending money
Not only are we raising funds to support Thai missions, we are starting a ministry that is designed to bring us closer to each other and Christ. We want you to be a part of all aspect of our ministry. Help us plan a trip to visit the mission, join us on a trip to the mission, present a report to your Church congregation, or help create VBS materials for the next mission trip.
The bottom line is that we need your support today.
Currently, there is almost no funding for this ministry. For more specific information, please contact us. Without funding by early 2009, all efforts will be put on hold. Without the help of this community the ministry can not succeed. Please stand behind this missionary effort with your financial support and prayers. Christ uses us to bring others to him.
